The home has Wireless service with Xfinity.
The modem is located on the first floor master bedroom closet.
Should you have any issues during your stay, please contact your rental agent so we may correct the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Living Room
Please note: Fireplace usage is for October-April guests.
The first floor living room has a television equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick, as well as a Vizio Sound bar. The fire stick remote controls the television, as well as the television sound. The sound bar has a separate remote. Be sure to mute the TV if you are using the sound bar to reduce any echo.
The home has been pre-programmed to the account belonging to the rental, you are welcome to log into your own accounts should you choose to, but please remember to log out prior to check out.
Kitchen and Dining
Starter supplies for coffee, laundry and paper goods are provided with each rental. Coffee maker offers both full pot as well as single serve k-cups.
PLEASE TAKE TRASH AND RECYCLING TO THE CURB TUESDAY NIGHTS.
The refrigerator has in-door water and ice, an additional ice bin in the freezer, and a drink fridge in the island.
Outdoor Areas
Please note, quiet hours are from 8pm-8am. Any excessive noise complaints will result in holdings from security deposits.
Use caution when operating the grill, navigating the screened in front porch and using the pool.
NO PETS IN THE POOL. Please clean pet waste from yard.
